Project Navigator staffed the lead project management position of president of New Cure, Inc., from 1997 to 2000, during the $100MM construction phase of the landfill cap and gas collection and destruction system. We oversaw the work of the EPC contractor and reported to the New Cure Board of Directors.

Since March 2005, Ian Webster of PNL has once again assumed overall site management responsibilities on behalf of New Cure, Inc. Ongoing work includes South Parcel operations, the design and construction of a cap on the North Parcel in conjunction with land development, and the design and installation of a perimeter liquids control system.
