Project Navigator staffed the lead project management
position of President of New Cure, Inc., from 1997

the landfill cap and gas collection and destruction
system. We oversaw the work of the EPC contractor
and reported to the New Cure Board of Directors. |

Santa
Fe Springs; 40-acre landfill site with proactive
adjacent community and High School
Project Navigator has been the PRP group’s
project coordinator since first EPA UAO in 1994.
We have managed a re-evaluation of the remedy and
are now poised to oversee construction in 2004.
Along the way we have had to manage EPA relationships,
dramatic project scope shifts, on site landowners
and tenants, and the City of Santa Fe Springs. |

El
Monte; + 200-acre VOC plume with local water companies
as a project influence driver
Project Navigator was the PRPs’ Global Project
Coordinator from 2000 to 2003, until a group splintering
eliminated the position. During our time on the
project, we helped run PRP meetings, manage budgets,
guide the EPC contractor and negotiate an RD/RA
SOW with EPA. |

| Cal
Compact Landfill |
Carson;
This high development potential landfill was the
subject of litigation between oil companies and
public entities
Working on behalf of our oil company clients, Project
Navigator performed an analysis of the composition
and relative degradation rates of the municipal
trash and industrial wastes to prove that the landfill’s
environmental problems were driven by the MSW.
Dr. Ian A. Webster was an expert witness for the
oil companies. |
