Ken has managed environmental projects including agency & PRP group interaction, RI/FS/RD and construction management activities for remediation projects. Most recently he was the Design Engineer and in Responsible Charge for the design & construction of the remedy for the Waste Disposal Inc. (WDI) Superfund site in Santa Fe Springs, CA, that has been approved by the US EPA. Mr. Floom also manages groundwater monitoring & remediation projects including the OII Landfill site and the Rialto perchlorate plume investigations and remediation.
