with more than 20 years experience in environmental work. One
of his core activities is in working with clients to understand
their goals and drivers, then devising both immediate and long-term
project strategies, which, at their very heart, are formulated
to achieve compliance and save money.
Partner Roberto
Puga, R.G. has over 15 years experience and his
areas of expertise include project management, cost control,
bidding and contract negotiations, and design and construction
coordination.
Tamara
Zeier, P.E. has extensive experience in workplan
formulation, design and field construction oversight, work execution
quality assurance, and health and safety oversight. She also
worked on numerous local sites such as the Operating Industries
Joshua Teves, B.S. has broad experience with a variety of complex environmental investigation and remediation projects and has specialized in managing projects where the ultimate goal has been redevelopment for beneficial use. Currently, he is involved in multi-party remediation projects in the Gulf Coast and Central California.
Raudel Sanchez, Ph.D. has key strengths in project management, construction scenario simulation and planning, and project metrics analysis and forecasting. Currently, Raudel provides project engineering support at a major Superfund Site EPC program, involving cap construction, groundwater controls and gas collection.
