Mr. Ken Floom, P.E. is a registered Civil Engineer in the state of California and has 33 years of professional work experience, specializing in environmental remediation projects.

Ian A. Webster, Sc.D. is PNL's founder and president with more than 20 years experience in environmental work. One of his core activities is in working with clients to understand their goals and drivers, then devising both immediate and long-term project strategies, which, at their very heart, are formulated to achieve compliance and save money.

Partner Roberto Puga, R.G. has over 15 years experience and his areas of expertise include project management, cost control, bidding and contract negotiations, and design and construction coordination.

Tamara Zeier, P.E. has extensive experience in workplan formulation, design and field construction oversight, work execution quality assurance, and health and safety oversight. She also worked on numerous local sites such as the Operating Industries Landfill.
