Analyzing EPA's RI/FS and ROD:
Any Cooper Drum PRP group will want to understand EPA's
proposed remedy for (i) soils and, (ii) groundwater.
Project Navigator has already been evaluating the site
characterization data, EPA's remedy selection logic,
the cost estimates and searching for remedy flexibility.
Telecon
management: Internal communications are important.
Trust is built and a strategic work direction is carved
out. PRP groups work more efficiently when telecons
have preset agendas and the appropriate graphics. PNL
can turnkey all these functions for the PRPs.
PRP meetings arrangements and agenda management:
PRP groups need to meet, air ideas and establish a consensus
project direction. PNL can assist the group's leaders
with meeting logistics and ease the planning burden.

bidders, to side-by-side evaluations, to contract negotiations.

materialize when coordinating a PRP group. PNL has the
